About us

My name is Mario Antonelli. 

And I run a network of many coaches and specialists. 


  • I have been a coach myself for 40 years.
  • I have worked for various national teams at various levels and was allowed to participate in many IIHF World Championships (Hockey Canada, USA Hockey, Swiss Ice Hockey, DEB).
  • For many years I have been working for the junior teams of Swiss Ice Hockey as a Mental Coach (U15 to U20) and I am working in the coaching education (J+S, SIHF, BASPO). 
  • I have worked as a Coach, Development Coach, Head of Player Development or GM for various clubs in Switzerland (ZSC/GCK, Dübendorf, Lausanne HC, Bülach, EHC Kloten, EHC Winterthur, Fribourg-Gottéron).
  • In the big ice hockey world I was fortunate to complete numerous stages and further trainings (NHL, USNTDP, WHL, SHL, Extraliga).
  • I have a large network in the world of ice hockey and have been working with countless coaches, GMs, scouts etc. for a long time. I was fortunate to learn from some of the best people in the business.
  • For many years I was active in schools, in social work and in professional training.

Team+CLUB
SUPPORT

We support teams in the area of team building and team development. We accompany target processes, common identity searches and the role structure of teams. We help with difficulties and conflicts.

We help clubs to develop programs and structures.

Coach Development

We coach and advise trainers in the areas of pedagogy, personality development, mental performance, team building and communication (professional coach-the-coach). The focus is - according to a structured development plan - on sustainable role development and the expansion of action competence.
